  • Tom Cable Services announces telephone support available at 407-929-3360 or Email us your problem at Tom@tomcable services.com. Please include your phone number so me may reply to you quickly. There is no charge for the call itself. If we determine we can resolve your problem via telephone we will bill you for $37.50 for up to 1/2 hour. Most solutions should not take much longer. Typical problems are loss of Internet connection, installation of new devices, network connections, driver downloads, software questions, etc. Obvious hardware problems (e.g. no power) will require an onsite visit to remedy. If after 1/2 hour we have not resolved your problem we will come onsite and apply your payment to that visit. This could save you half the money of an onsite visit.
